Community Economic Development Consultant I (Job #347)

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be on the front lines of economic transformation, working directly with rural and Tribal entrepreneurs to:

✅ Provide one-on-one business coaching and technical assistance to start and expand small rural and Tribal businesses
✅ Design and deliver entrepreneurial training programs—both in-person and virtual
✅ Build capacity in local partner organizations to support thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems
✅ Connect entrepreneurs to financial resources and funding opportunities
✅ Develop community-led strategies that create lasting economic opportunities
✅ Assess community needs and implement customized solutions
