Float Spa Attendant

Job Description

We’re currently hiring a Float Attendant to join our team: someone grounded, responsible, warm, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while working independently.

About the Role:

Float Attendants are the heart of the guest experience. This role blends hospitality, customer service, cleaning, and calm presence. On any given shift, you may:

  • Greet guests and create a welcoming, reassuring environment

  • Answer phones, manage bookings, and respond to guest questions

  • Check guests in and out and guide them through their float experience

  • Clearly explain services and ensure guests feel comfortable and confident

  • Clean and reset float rooms between sessions

  • Maintain spa cleanliness and follow daily task checklists

  • Manage laundry and restock supplies

  • Observe the space and take initiative on tasks that support a high standard of care

  • Work independently and stay organized throughout the day

Availability:

This role is considered full-time at Saha, averaging 30–35 hours per week. Shifts may be scheduled on weekdays and weekends, ranging from mornings to afternoons and evenings. We’re looking for someone with broad availability and flexibility, as schedules may shift to support the needs of the spa. Starting pay is $17.50/hour.
