This position is responsible for the supervision of incarcerated individual workers engaged in egg production. Employees will have regular and substantial contact with persons incarcerated in California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation institution and/or medical facilities.

- Egg Processing experience.
- Computer experience: Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and databases.
- Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jackets.
- Experience utilizing safety equipment.
- Inventory Control: Experience keeping records of tool inventories, timecards, and payroll information.
- Experience using machinery.
- Experience preparing paperwork for processing, shipping, and receiving, billing/invoicing, maintain production reports.
- Experience working with incarcerated individuals and developing technical training for them.
