The Analyst II will serve as an Employee Relations Analyst responsible for performance management (progressive discipline) including drafting adverse actions, conducting misconduct investigations, consultation and coordination with stakeholders including departmental management, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and the Office of Legal Services.
