Job Description
Individuals will perform activities efficiently and safely, this includes kegging, bottling, canning, and helping control daily warehouse duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide hands on support during production.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment, using precision measurement tools.
- Interpret schematics and equipment manuals.
- Lead process improvement and initiate change.
- Analyze process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities.
- Must have a flexible work schedule and be available to work any shirt in a 24-hour period.
- 8hr full time, Monday – Friday, day job
- Flexible for some night shift hours
- Overtime work flexible
- Experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds.
- Must be reliable, organized, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Able to operate and adapt in a high stress situation.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, multi crafted worker that can work autonomously in a fast paced and often loud production environment.
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures is required.
- Must be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
- Must be able to lift items up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to perform calibrations, installation, and maintenance.
- Able and willing to be cross trained in different areas of production.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Develop a good working knowledge of the product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures.
- Adhere to sanitation requirements to comply with the policy set forth by the company.
- Handle corrugate, labels, bottles/cans/kegs, carriers.
- Be able to stage, move, load, and unload materials.
- Handle chemicals according to proper safe handling procedures.
- Be able to perform change overs on bottling and canning equipment with hand tools.
- Be able to perform and handle other duties as assigned.
- High School education at the minimum.
