The Associate Accounting Analyst (AAA) in the Reports & Reconciliation Unit of the California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority's (CALCTRA) provides support in researching and developing responses to accounting and financial reporting issues, performs reconciliations and analyzing financial reports, maintains fiscal system processes in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and, Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) standards.

  • Financial Audit/Year End work experience
  • Government Accounting work experience
  • Lead and/or Training Accounting work experience
  • Work experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Degree with emphasis in Accounting or Fiscal
  • Analyzing Financial Data / Preparing and Analyzing Financial Reports 
  • Analyze and/or reconcile Fiscal Data
