IT Analyst I/II (Application Support)

The Information Technology Department is seeking application support professionals to join a collaborative team. These roles involve analyzing business and technology needs, developing and maintaining applications and systems, and providing technical support to County departments and users.

To be considered for more than one level, separate applications are required for each recruitment.

• Information Technology Analyst I – #2026-15715-02
• Information Technology Analyst II – #2026-15716-02

These positions support the design, development, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of County technology solutions. They work closely with department customers to identify business requirements, recommend technology solutions, resolve application and system issues, and coordinate projects involving County staff, vendors, and other technology teams. Responsibilities may also include application development, system testing and quality assurance, technical documentation and training, project coordination, and vendor management.
