- Open to the publicFree for every candidate. Register online first.
- Workshop 1A free career workshop during the fair.

- Register free online. We email you the employers who are coming before the day.
- Bring plenty of copies of your resume to hand to employers.
- Dress like you would for an interview. It is a first impression, and recruiters remember them.
- Make a plan. Look over the employer list, find the tables you most want to visit, and go there first.
- Have a 30-second introduction ready. Your name, what you do, and what you are looking for.
- Take notes and collect contacts. Mention the conversation when you apply afterwards.
- Stay for a workshop. Both are free and run during the fair.
Registered? Watch this before you go.
Meet people, not paperwork
Talk to candidates face to face and set interviews on the spot. We promote every fair on social media, in our newsletter and with our local TV and radio partners, so the room fills up.

- 3 months of unlimited job postings on SacJobs

- An event data report after the fair
