Practise on a recruiter, not on the employer

Interview Coaching & Mock Interview

A recorded mock interview with a recruiter who runs real ones, then the feedback nobody gives you after a rejection.

Is this you?

  • You get interviews and then the trail goes cold.
  • You know the job and freeze when someone asks about yourself.
  • You have never heard what you sound like answering a hard question.
  • You have an interview booked and one chance at it.

Why it matters

Employers almost never tell you why. You leave an interview with no idea which answer lost it, so the next one goes the same way. Practising on real interviews means paying for the lesson with the job you wanted.

What you get

  • A full mock interview for the role you are chasing.
  • A recording of it, so you can hear what the room heard.
  • Written feedback on the answers that cost you and the ones that worked.
  • Better wording for the questions you handled worst.

How it works

1

Tell us the role

The posting, or the kind of job you are interviewing for. The questions match it.

2

Sit the interview

A real one, recorded, run the way the employer will run it.

3

Get the feedback

What worked, what did not, and what to say instead.

Ask the assistant on the candidates page for one interview question for your role. Answer it there and you get a free critique of that answer.

When this is not the right one

If you are not getting interviews at all, the problem is upstream and the resume is where the money should go first.

Questions

How long is the session?

About an hour, by video, at a time you pick.

Do I get the recording?

Yes. Most people find watching it back does more than the notes.

Can we cover a specific interview?

That is the usual reason people book. Send the posting and we build the questions from it.

What if I am bad at it?

That is the point of doing it here. The recruiter has heard worse and will tell you exactly what to change.
