Under general supervision, Construction Management Specialists serve as assistants to the Resident Engineer or Inspection Supervisor and on behalf of the County on the construction phase of a single, complex project or multiple projects of less complexity.  The Construction Management Specialist assists in ensuring that projects are constructed in accordance with plans and specifications, the Public Contract Code, and prudent construction management procedures. Minimum Qualifications Either:  1. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management.  Or:  2. Senior Water Distribution Operators perform the most complex duties in connection with the operation, maintenance, construction, and repair of water distribution systems, hydraulic power systems and hydro-pneumatic systems.
