Minimum Qualifications     Two years of paid, full-time experience performing clerical and public contact duties in a medical setting or a program service site, such as a social service, health service, or children service agency. Note:  Completion of up to 30 semester units (45 quarter units) from an accredited college, university, or career school may be substituted for up to one year of the required experience on the basis of 3 semester (4.5 quarter) units equal one month of work experience.
