Under general direction, incumbents serve as technical-professional experts, consultants, and/or mentors in a human resources specialty area or program.  Incumbents personally perform the most difficult, complex, and sensitive technical assignments and projects that have considerable agency- or countywide impact; and coordinate assigned activities with other divisions, departments, outside agencies, and the general public. Minimum Qualifications 1. Four (4) years of increasingly responsible full-time paid experience in personnel or human resources office performing professional analytical personnel work and/or human resources project management (public sector experience is highly desirable). AND 2. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field closely related to the intent of the class.
