Remote - Anywhere in the US   Department:  The Rooted Equity Fund (REF) was created as a Single-Member limited liability company (LLC) solely owned by RCAC, to facilitate access to capital in rural and Indigenous communities through innovative and flexible programming. The REF is situated within the Executive Services department. Executive Services supports RCAC in all areas related to the achievement of RCAC’s major goals and objectives throughout its region, under the leadership of the Chief Executive Officer.
