Under the direction of the Supervisor II, the incumbent is responsible for receiving, tracking, storing inventory, assisting with ordering production inventory and supplies and ensuring the materials stored in the warehouse are readily available to those who need it. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring daily usage of warrants, envelopes, computer paper, forms, printer and mailing machine consumables, to ensure adequate supplies are available for the Disbursements Bureau, including compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
