As a School Behavior Technician, your primary responsibility will be to manage students with autism, special needs or other behavioral challenges and needs. You will work under the supervision of a behavior specialist to provide individual and group therapy, develop and implement behavior plans and positive reinforcement strategies, and monitor and record progress of students' behavior modification. You may also work with teachers and school administration to assess needs for additional support and resources. Successful candidates should possess a minimum of High School diploma or a GED. Having related experience in the field and a desire to work with children is a plus.  This position will be based in a classroom setting and starting pay will be based on relevant experience pertaining to the position.   Pay: $17/hr. up to $24/hr.  Location: Elk Grove, CA
