Responsibilities:
Utilize the Learning Management System to coordinate, schedule, and close out courses, including updating rosters, uploading learning resources, and other administrative duties, as needed.
Collaborate with external and internal vendors to develop curriculum for in-person and online training.
Develop learning objectives, training materials, curriculum and visual aids for training programs, including human resource topics, soft skills training, and the new employee orientation program.
Experience Requirement:
Four years of experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
Education Supplement Guideline:
Equivalent to completion of the 12th grade
OR
Any equivalent combination of experience and education.
