Job Summary
The Project Specialist II serves as the lead project manager for K-12 Curriculum and Instruction professional development training operations. In this role, you will plan, organize, coordinate, and manage professional development events, data projects, and program-wide activities while acting as a liaison to districts and schools. You will coordinate professional development training on a regional and state-wide basis, ensure compliance with Williams legislation requirements related to instructional materials and facilities, manage master calendars and online event management systems, oversee memorandums of understanding (MOUs), and coordinate Williams school reviews.

Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related experience in education-based programs; demonstrated experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation; experience coordinating large-scale events and training programs; proven success writing procedural reports and maintaining positive working relationships with administrators, teachers, and educational staff.
Knowledge: State Board of Education adopted curricula; Williams legislation and school review responsibilities; uniform complaint procedures; project management practices; professional development strategies; database and web development skills; evaluation procedures.
