Job Description

Interested in joining a well-known HVAC company in Sacramento that has been around since the mid 70's?  We are looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to our team. Completive pay with bonuses, company vehicle, paid holidays, and benefits after 60 days.  Our company offers a competitive hourly rate, bonus structures, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. 

Requirements: 

  • Must have three to five years HVAC field experience to be considered for role.
  • Must be willing to drive in Service area; Foothills to Sacramento, Valley Spring to Jackson, and Yuba City areas.
  • Must be able to pass both a background and MVR. 
  • Experience using ServiceTitan 
  • Attend weekly meeting and trainings at our office in the Sacramento area. 
  • Be able to use basic electronic devices including iPhone, iPad, and card reader.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups and/or 
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute 
  • rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of how to access and use the internet and have a good working knowledge of Data Entry (inventory) software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.  Microsoft Outlook knowledge and experience is helpful.

Essential functions:

  • Able to diagnose most systems with little to no additional resources.
  • Possesses all refrigerant tolls needed; torches, vacuum pump, micron gauge, nitrogen kit ect.
  • Truck revenue minimum standard of $12K, goal of $15K.
  • Client reviews averaging 4 stars or better.
  • Success rate of 30% sold tech sets for IAQ, insulation, duct cleaning.
  • Equipment tech set success rate of 35% or better.
  • Service Titan Mastery.
  • Conversion on calls ran (70% for demand, 35% for Maintenance)
