Mackenzie’s California office is expanding and operating in Sacramento. We are looking for a highly talented structural engineering lead (PE required) with 6-14 years of structural engineering experience for our Sacramento office. This full-time position is available to qualified applicants who excel in a dynamic working environment and are self-motivated. This position would entail leading a team of entry level engineers and coordinating closely with department leadership on strategic vision. The ideal candidate excels in coordination with other disciplines, possess strong design technical skills, and has the ability to manage their own work efforts along with those of their discipline team.
Mackenzie is especially interested in candidates with OSHPD/HCAI experience, strong professional connections in the Sacramento area, or have a strong ability to integrate themselves into the design and construction community of the region.
