Under the direction of the Program & Project Supervisor or a Senior Analyst of the Communications Division ‘s Consumer Programs Branch – California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) section, the incumbent (PURA I) will perform responsible, varied, and difficult analytical work related to the CTF program and 211.   Duties related to CTF will primarily focus on the research and analysis of price component of CTF services across carriers, customer’s quantitative and qualitative data of CTF subsidized services as well as market price and bandwidth information for broadband services. Assist in developing and implementing a price reporting methodology for carriers to regularly report to CTF and assure carrier’s compliance with the reporting requirements.
