With direction provided by the Supervisor I of the Outreach and Compliance Unit (OCU) of the Holder Operations Bureau (HOB) of the Unclaimed Property Division (UPD), the incumbent will be the lead analyst in outreach efforts to businesses that may be holding unclaimed property making them aware of the Unclaimed Property Law (UPL) and California’s Voluntary Compliance Program (VCP). In addition, the incumbent will act as lead over two Program Technician II staff performing administrative functions.
