**Job Description:**
+ Provide leadership and coordination for project engineers, estimators, schedulers, project controls, and other support team members
+ Attends weekly Progress Meetings. Reports to the Client and assures meeting minutes are distributed.
+ Create and present project data clearly to multiple stakeholder groups
+ Track status and provide management reports relative to scheduling, cost control, staffing and other contract requirements
+ Manages all construction administration functions: Submittals, RFCs, PCOs, and COs and assures accurate control logs are maintained.
+ Manages the PCO and Change Order process: evaluates, estimates, and analyzes change requests, prepares Proposed Change Order files, Change Orders and control logs. Manages the process to resolution.
+ Successfully deliver construction projects on schedule and within budget
+ Processes payments.
+ Assists in the review and resolution of issues.
+ Oversees the review of monthly schedule updates and develops independent schedule analyses as needed.
+ Identify risk and create risk mitigation plans successfully
+ Ensure client safety standards are being met
+ Works on site and observes site activities.
+ Works closely with the Client’s Project Director and builds a trusting relationship.
+ Develops future work for AECOM based on performance and business relationships.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelors degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
+ Must be able to pass client approval and client background screenings.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelors degree in Architecture, Construction, or Engineering preferred
+ CCM or PMP certifications preferred
