We are proud to be recognized for excellence: + Named one of _Fortune_ magazine's "World's Most Admired Companies" for the sixth consecutive year + Ranked #1 in _Engineering News-Record_ ’s 2020 “Top 200 Environmental Firms” + Ranked #1 in Transportation and General Building in _Engineering News-Record_ ’s 2020 “Top 500 Design Firms” + VIQTORY 2020 Military Friendly® Gold Employer **Job Overview:** + Under general supervision, responsible for the recruitment of prospective employees for open positions by interviewing and assessing candidate appropriateness for employment qualification. + Refers qualified candidates for non-exempt, paraprofessional, and professional level positions. + Advises and participates in planning, strategy development, and policy related to Talent Acquisition on a basic to moderate scale. **The job summary of responsibilities will include:** + Specializes and manages a technical function within human resources (HR). + Serves as a technical specialist for the function. + Is consulted extensively by associates and others with a high degree of reliance placed on individual's HR interpretations and advice. + May lead complex HR projects domestically or globally. + Plans and develops multiple HR projects with unique or controversial problems that have important effects on the organization. + May work with subject matter experts, outside consultants and vendors, as required. + Receives limited supervision or general direction, with strategic guidance from HR Directors/SVP. + Involves creative, independent solutions that will be adopted by HR corporate-wide. + As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity. + Provides work leadership and training for HR project team. + May manage staff on a project basis. **Minimum Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree + two (2) years of full life cycle recruitment experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience supporting large, Fortune 500, campus recruiting programs. + Proficiency utilizing excel and the creation of pivot tables highly desired. + Proficient in utilizing an applicant tracking system, such as, IBM-Kenexa Brass Ring. + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. + Ability to handle high volume requisition workload in a fast-paced environment. + Strong written and verbal communication with a positive, client/candidate-focused customer service attitude. + Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines. + Experience working in or with universities and colleges on recruitment/placement activities, including virtual career fairs. + Understanding of the campus recruitment environment. **Additional Information:** + Sponsorship for US Employment Authorization is not available for this position. + Relocation assistance and/or per diem is not offered for this position. **What We Offer** We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
