**Job Summary** **AECOM** is seeking anEntry-Level Environmental Engineer to be based in our Sacramento, CA office. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line. The candidate will serve as a team member in the office and the field, assisting project and program management with design and implementation of soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water investigative and remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation. The Sacramento, CA office supports project teams throughout the US and is known to be one of our centers of engineering excellence for AECOM. Our teams work on complex remediation projects, pulling the right resources from across the company to support project needs. Together, these opportunities will aid in your growth in this industry. **The responsibilities/requirements of this position may include, but not be limited to:** + Strong analytical and communications skills are a must. + Field work will be required, with durations and locations to be determined on a project basis. + The position responsibilities often involve concurrent work on multiple tasks for independent projects, and the pace of work completion must be managed in accordance with independent project schedules and budgets. + The position requires a high degree of accountability and collaboration. + The ability to avoid and resolve schedule and budget conflicts is necessary. **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field + Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required + Valid U.S Driver's license **Preferred Qualifications** + 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training _Additional Information:_ + Relocation is not available for this position. + Sponsorship is not available for this position. + Travel is required for this position.
