We’re one global team – 47,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world. **Responsibilities and Duties:** + Preparing monthly financial statements and reporting packages + Processing invoices, payments, and monthly journal entries + Monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling various balance sheet accounts + Working with internal customers to gather and provide information + Maintaining accounting controls and company policies + Prepare departmental reporting/reconciliations as assigned **About AECOM** We believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone. We’re one global team – 50,000 strong – driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements :** + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 2 years of relevant experience. + Understanding of the fundamentals of accounting, financial reporting under US GAAP. + Consistently meets deadlines on a timely basis. + Ability to analyze and interpret data, and effectively communicate findings/results. + Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task. + Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required **Preferred Qualifications :** + Experience with ORACLE a plus. + Advanced computer skills preferred: to include Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF, Macros). Hands-on experience with ORACLE financial reporting system a plus. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance and/or per diem is not offering for this position + Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required + Offered rate of compensation _(California Only)_ will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
