**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a Senior Operational Finance Manager to join the DCS Finance team. This position offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of office and remote work. This position can be based in a variety of AECOM office locations, with a preference to be located in the Western Region of the US.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Planning, coordinating, and overseeing overall financial plans and practices for the organization to achieve cash management goals.
+ Developing and directing the implementation of company strategic financial and business operation plans, projects, programs, and systems that support financial goals and objectives.
+ Providing budget and financial services, accounting for revenues and expenditures.
+ Establishing operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers.
+ Reviewing objectives to determine success of operation.
+ Developing, modifying, and executing company polices that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.
+ Working on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Erroneous decisions will result in critical delay in schedules and/or operations and may jeopardize overall business activities.
+ Managing activities of two or more groups or departments through subordinate managers who exercise full supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. In some instances, may be responsible for managing staff function and may not have subordinate managers.
**Qualifications**
**Min requirements:**
+ Bachelors in Finance, Accounting or a related field + 10 years of financial operation experience and 2 years of leadership or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 10 years of financial operation experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering or construction industry
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
+ Strong written and oral communications skills
+ Experience building and maintaining strong internal relationships.
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness.
**Additional Information**
+ This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
+ Relocation and/or per diem is not offered for this position.
+ Offered rate of compensation (California only) will be based on individual education, qualification, experience and work location. The salary range for the position is $150K - $190K annually
