**Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Discipline Lead to direct and manage a variety of large-scale water infrastructure projects throughout the region. You will also have the opportunity to identify and pursue new clients/projects with business development goals.
**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Providing technical support to water infrastructure projects including: design, analysis, inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities
+ Providing project management (client management, contract management, planning and execution, financial management, etc.)
+ Oversee the development of plans, specifications, and construction estimates.
+ Collaborate with teams performing geotechnical investigations and analysis for dams, reservoirs, levees, canals, tunnels, pipelines, flood protection systems, and conveyance facilities.
+ Supervise preparation of technical reports, memos, and engineering design and construction related documents.
+ Business development for new and existing clients.
+ Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
+ Mentoring and technical development of junior staff.
+ Performing Independent Technical Reviews.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ 15+ years of relevant civil engineering experience
+ California Professional Engineer’s (PE) license
+ Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
**Additional Information**
Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The target salary range for this position is $145,000-220,000.
