Under supervision of Supervisor I, the incumbent is responsible for providing analytical support to Customer Service Management, Product Management, Enterprise Management, OTD Management, along with other sensitive accounts. Incumbent is responsible for tracking sales orders, deliveries, resolving customer complaints and representing CALCTRA during customer meetings, and providing analysis and assistance as required.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with staff at all levels. 
  • Excellent typing, computer, organizational, and analytical abilities required. 
  • Positive attitude, good attendance, strong initiative and ability to work well under pressure are desirable. 
  • Customer Service experience is important. 
  • Ability to handle critical assignments, be a leader, work in a team environment, as well as ability to work around inmates.
  • Knowledge of CALCTRA products and services is an asset.   
  • Experience creating, tracking, or reporting documents and projects.
  • Experience resolving discrepancies.
  • Experience in process improvements/ISO
  • Experience with organizing and presenting data.
  • Experience in the use of: Database/Salesforce/ERP/SAGE/Excel.
  • Experience conducting thorough research.
