Human Services Supervisor - Master’s Degree

Job Description

Under direction, the Human Services Supervisor - Master’s Degree supervises, assigns, reviews, and coordinates the work of staff responsible, or indirectly through program planning, administration and evaluation; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of full-time, paid experience performing social services delivery activities such as assessing client needs, determining appropriate actions and establishing case plans, monitoring client progress, maintaining case records, or making referrals to other resources, agencies, or services.

AND

A Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in social work, behavioral science, sociology, psychology, social psychology, counseling, education counseling, gerontology, marriage and family therapy, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, criminal justice, public administration or other field closely related to the intent of the class.
