As an HR Analyst , you will:
· Perform analytical and technical personnel functions related to classification and pay, recruitment, examinations, personnel selection, and employee relations.
· Perform assigned workload under supervision, conducts research and analysis, and applies applicable civil service laws, rules, and departmental policies to support personnel program activities.
· Provide consultation to management and staff regarding assigned personnel matters and ensures timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery

o Four years of work experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
