Take Highway 65 south to Interstate 80 in Roseville, then I-80 west and the Capital City Freeway to East Sacramento. The Scottish Rite Center is at 6151 H Street by Sacramento State. Without a car, Placer County Transit Route 20 connects to Sierra College and Rocklin, where Placer Commuter Express picks up for downtown Sacramento on weekdays.
