Kettle Worker (Bell Ringer)

The Salvation Army seeks bell ringers to represent the organization at kettle stands throughout the Sacramento area. In this role, you will greet customers, ring the bell to draw attention to donation kettles, and collect monetary gifts that support The Salvation Army’s mission and community programs.

What you’ll do

• Arrive on time at your assigned kettle location
• Ring the bell and greet customers in a friendly manner
• Wear the ID badge and Salvation Army-branded attire provided to you
• Record your hours and breaks on the daily time slip
• Maintain a clean work area
• Notify the Kettle Coordinator promptly if you cannot report to work or need to change your availability
• Perform additional duties as assigned
