California Teaching Fellows Foundation
California Teaching Fellows Foundation (CTFF) is a nonprofit dedicated to developing passionate individuals into expanded learning tutoring roles that directly support TK-12th grade students across the 6 counties we serve. By investing in our Teaching Fellows' growth, we build a sustainable pipeline of future educators who are deeply rooted and committed to the communities they call home.
Our Mission: ELEVATE and EQUIP educators to EMPOWER youth, communities, and themselves.
Our Vision: Teaching Fellows emerge as credentialed teachers and leaders in education and beyond. Students feel seen, supported, and inspired to build their own path. Communities are rooted in the belief that education creates opportunities and hope.
What it’s like to be a Teaching Fellow:
As a Teaching Fellow, you’ll work directly with students in expanded learning programs. Tutoring, guiding, and supporting young learners through hands-on activities while ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment for every student in your classroom.
