We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential administrative support for our Deputy Executive Director and Directors. Under direction of the Energy Division Deputy Executive Director and/or Directors, the Executive Assistant (EA) will independently perform administrative and secretarial tasks, including handling and researching sensitive Division matters, reviewing and screening incoming correspondence, maintaining and updating records, and supporting the administrative needs of the overall Division. In addition, the Executive Assistant will schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and special events and takes initiative to ensure that meeting rooms are set up and equipped for presentations.

This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California.
