The Talent Acquisition Unit collaborates and consults with internal and external partners on recruitment and hiring needs to fill a variety of classifications. This unit uses various outreach efforts to recruit qualified candidates to ensure the CPUC maintains a highly skilled and diverse workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Unit analyst, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Work on a variety of outreach efforts to attract and recruit top talent.
  • Have the autonomy to create and develop innovative recruitment strategies and materials.
  • Advise CPUC employees on how to advance their career within the department.
  • Attend career fairs and events at universities and career centers.

This position requires travel.

This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. In accordance with CPUC Telework Policy, telework arrangements are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time.
