Have you considered becoming a real estate agent but haven’t obtained your license yet? Homeology Real Estate is looking for motivated, people focused individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career in real estate.
No previous real estate experience is required and Homeology will cover the cost of the required California real estate pre-licensing classes and help guide you through the process of becoming licensed.

What You’ll Do After Becoming Licensed
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up with buyers and sellers through phone, text and email
- Help clients confidently navigate the home-buying and selling process
- Attend training, coaching and team meetings
- Conduct buyer consultations, show properties and host open houses
- Develop your database and generate new business
- Follow a consistent business plan and track your activities
- Provide an exceptional experience from the first conversation through closing
