Job Description

Placer County is currently hiring for Assessment Technician – I to join our Assessor's Office in a dynamic paraprofessional role supporting property assessment and ownership records.

The successful candidate will analyze and process legal documents related to property ownership and reassessment, research assessment records and title information, interpret and apply California Revenue and Taxation Code requirements, and provide technical guidance to property owners, title companies, attorneys, and other agencies.

This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with computer applications and record management systems, and the ability to maintain accurate financial and assessment records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
