Under administrative direction provided by the CSPS Project Manager (CEA Level B) the Information Technology Manger II (ITM II) will oversee the CSPS Project Management Office (PMO) utilizing methodologies from the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF) and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) to ensure effective project management for the CSPS Project. The ITM II serves as an SCO Bureau Chief representing executive leadership within the CSPS Project (Division). The ITM II will formulate the development and execution of the project management plans which ensure conformance for the entire divisions information technology programs and the CSPS organizational policies and objectives.
